Mary Petronio
President/Owner
Mary has over 25 years of management experience in manufacturing. She spent the majority of her career in the metal fabrication and rack manufacturing business in various leadership roles rising to the level of Executive Vice President. She also led the key account Sales responsibilities at Costco, Lowes, and Home Depot.
Matt Petronio
Vice President / Consultant
Matt started his career in Brand Management at Procter & Gamble after graduating from the Wharton School of Business. He then had several Marketing and Business Development roles at M&M/Mars where he managed global brands such as SNICKERS, STARBURST and DOVE Ice Cream, including nearly two years in Russia on the pioneering team opening the Mars business there after the fall of the Soviet Union. He followed that with leadership roles for Farmland Dairies (Parmalat USA). He then joined Just Born Candies makers of Marshmallow PEEPS, MIKE AND IKE and HOT TAMALES candy where he served as Executive VP and COO. His last position prior to consulting was VP and GM with Pinnacle Foods where he led the Snyder Snack Division.
Matt and his teams have delivered over $2,000,000,000 in product innovations to the market during his career.
